Dovedale-Motueka River Valley

Turn left into Neudorf Rd about 4km after Upper Moutere town. Follow this road to Dovedal. Turn right to Thorpe and right again when you reach the Motueka River Valley at Woodstock. Turn Right to follow the road to reach Motueka.

Marahau-Kaiteriteri Loop

Ride right thru Motueka, soon after Riwaka you will come to T-intersection. Turn left and then right soon after to go over the Marahau Hill. At the bottom on the other side turn right and ride thru Kaiteriteri. 5km after Kaiteriteri you will come back to the T-intersection. Turn left here, ride back thru Riwaka, Motueka and back to Nelson.

Takaka Hill

Go towards Marahau Hill but don’t turn right after the T-intersection. Get ready for a 900m climb to the top of Takaka Hill. (The record from the Shooters Bar to the top is 41 mins.)
