Lee Valley

Ride thru Richmond and continue straight ahead at the roundabout at Hope. Go straight ahead thru the roundabout at Hope, and turn left when you reach the Brightwater Pub. Follow this road until you come to a fork in the road. Take the left option over the bridge and continue along Lee Valley Rd for another 10km until the asphalt ends. Do a U turn and go back the way you came.

Mt. Heslington

Turn left at the Brightwater Pub like the ride to Lee Valley but turn right onto Mt. Heslington Rd a few km after the Brightwater turn off. After a small climb this will bring you onto a back road running parallel to the main road between Brightwater and Wakefield. Turn right here to head back to Nelson.
